Mutton Biryani ingredients : For Marinating Mutton:

500 grams of mutton

1 cup yogurt

1 tbs of ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

4 cups water

1 bay leaf

2-3 cloves

2 large onions, sliced

Step 1: Marinate the Mutton


Wash the mutton pieces well and marinate it – Repeat → Proceed with cleaning off all the chunks from the sheep.
